For a short time I was a member of an informal group of mostly Art Center still life photographers.  We’d meet periodically to share experimental work.  At one meeting everybody brought an object and each member was tasked to create an image from the random  objects.  The results were all over the place and a good window into how we all had different aesthetic viewpoints, the brutal commercial art indoctrination of Art Center notwithstanding.
